Your data rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave — for example to being contacted about an admission enquiry.

Your request goes to our Data Protection Officer. Before we show or delete anything, we will write to you to confirm the request really comes from you. We record every request and every step we take on it.

For example your child’s name and school, the form you filled in, or what needs correcting. Please do not include anything we do not need.

How we will use the details on this form

What we collect: Your name, your email address, an optional phone number, and what you are asking us to do.
Why we need it: So that our Data Protection Officer can find the records you are asking about, check the request is yours, and reply to you.
How long we keep it: For three years after the request is closed, as a record that it was answered. Then it is deleted.
Your rights: You can ask about this request, or complain about how it was handled, by writing to our Data Protection Officer.
